Help with my classes
You’ve taken the first step towards becoming a better baker! If you have either purchased an individual class or joined the Baking Academy, you’ll find important FAQ’s here about your classes and how to start baking!

How to log in to your account
Step 1 in accessing your purchased class is logging in to your account. Depending on what type of device you are using, it may be slightly different. Starting on the homepage:
- Desktop: Click on “Account”. This will take you to the Login page where you can sign into your account.
- Mobile: In the top right corner, you’ll see the Menu with 3 lines – click on that. You’ll see a drop down menu where you need to click on “Account”. That will take you to the log in page.

Remember, you cannot access your classes without logging in to your account first!
What you’ll see when you are logged in
Once you have successfully logged in, you’ll see a screen like the one below. This is where your library of purchased classes will be. All of your purchased classes will be under the “Start Here” tab.

You can see that from here, you can also find other information like payment details, recent orders, and your account details.
How to reset your password
It’s best to save your password to your device if possible. However, if you have lost or forgotten your password, you can request to reset it on the Account page. Be sure to use the same email address you used when you purchased your class – you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Where to find purchased classes
Your classes will be under the “Start Here” tab (see picture above). If you are in the Baking Academy, you have access to more than 30 classes! Be sure to scroll all the way down to view them all.
Click on the class image to open up the content for that class.
Where to find the class video
Once you are in a specific class, you will see 5 tabs (pictured below). The instructional, pre-recorded class video is under the Instruction tab.

How to print the recipe
You’ll find a printable recipe under the class video on the Instruction page. Depending on the class, there will be one or a few printable recipes (see picture below).

Get a link for a tool or ingredient
In each class, I give you suggestions for tools or special ingredients which will help you make that recipe successfully. You can find links for tools, equipment and ingredients under the Preparation tab in your class content.
How to change your payment method
Occasionally credit cards expire or you may want to change the method in which you are charged for your classes. When logged in, go to the Payment tab. On that page, you will be able to add a new payment method and choose which one to save as a default payment.
How to join the private Instagram group
If you are a Baking Academy member, you have access to our private Instagram group where I host a monthly LIVE. To get access to our private group, go to my Baking Academy Instagram page and request to join.
*To that same account, please send a direct message (DM) with your name and email address you used to sign up with. This will help us know who exactly is requesting to join. Once we verify your membership (within 24 hours), we will approve your request and you’ll immediately be able to view all the saved content on our private Instagram group, as well as view the monthly LIVEs.
If you are NOT a Baking Academy member, but have purchased individual classes, you are not eligible for access to the private Instagram group. However, you do have lifetime access to your purchased classes.
Where to find the monthly calendar
When you are logged in to your account, you’ll see a calendar on the right side of the page. This is where you’ll see important information about the class of the month, as well as the date and time of the scheduled LIVE.

How to cancel your membership
If you purchase an individual class, you will only be charged once. However, if you are a Baking Academy member and wish to cancel your membership, you can easily do that by first logging into your account. Once logged in, go to the Subscriptions tab. From there, you can switch the button to cancel. Once cancelled, you will not be charged any additional charges. You will have access to the classes through the end of that month only.
