In this class, you will have access to my video tutorial and class content, including helpful links for equipment and ingredients. Watch the video as many times as needed! Take the class on your own schedule! We will go over how to make two different pie crust recipes, and I’ll also show you how to mix them either by hand or with a food processor.
You’ll learn how to roll up your pie dough and successfully get it into your pan, create beautiful crusts, blind bake a pie shell, create a lattice design and make a double crust pie. You’ll learn how to assemble two of my favorite pies – Banana Cream and Apple!
