Choux Pastry (pronounced like “shoe”) is also known as pâte à choux. It’s a delicious, simple and straightforward recipe but requires special attention to detail.
The pastry dough bakes up light and airy, yielding a hollow pastry that begs to be filled with decadent pastry cream. And of course, top it with a rich chocolate icing!
This French pastry dough can be used to make so many different pastries! In this class, you’ll learn how to make the classics…Cream Puffs and Eclairs. But you can also use the dough to make Beignets, Profiteroles, Croquembouche, French Crullers, Choux au Craquelin and even Churros!
