Pumpkin Spice Whipped Cream

Adding pumpkin spice to whipped cream elevates anything you top it with! It’s a quick and easy way to make any treat just a bit fancier and a whole lotta yummier!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 & 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer, mix on medium speed all of the ingredients.
  2. Mix for approximately 2-3 minutes or until stiff peaks form and the whipping cream will hold it’s shape when spooned.

Notes

  • I prefer powdered sugar instead of granulated sugar when whipping cream. Granulated sugar makes it a bit grainy.
  • You can increase or decrease the amount of pumpkin pie spiced, depending on how strong a flavor you like.
