Ingredients

1/2 cup (60g ) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (92g ) vegetable shortening
1/2 cup oil (99g ) (vegetable or canola work best)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Whisk together until smooth.
Brush into pan, making sure to get every nook and cranny covered. Bake recipe as directed.
After removing baked item from oven, allow it to cool in the pan for exactly 10 minutes before removing from pan to cool completely on a wire rack.
Store Cake Goop in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
Notes
Cake Goop is my favorite and most successful way to grease bundt pans with great results. Use it for greasing any pan that needs a nonstick coating.
