Pain de Mie is French for “the soft part of the bread” – that’s the perfect description for this recipe! This is the sandwich bread you’ll want to have on hand ALL of the time! It’s so soft and tender and slices so easily! Make it in a traditional loaf pan or in a Pullman Loaf Pan (my favorite way to bake it!).
